Abstract:
This paper outlines a novel trend analysis approach developed through a collaboration between Ipsos, Puratos and Professor Laurent Vuillon. Our primary objective is to transform fancy trends into clear, practical and valuable business actions, addressing the need for actionable insights in the rapidly evolving food industry. Puratos, a leader in providing innovative ingredients for the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors, joins forces with Ipsos and Professor Vuillon in the "Taste Tomorrow" initiative, aiming to forecast future trends and consumer preferences with unprecedented precision. By uniting knowledge graphs (KG) and large language models (LLMs) focused on semantic communities, we surpass traditional trend analysis methods, enhancing both understanding and predictability of market movements.
