Abstract:

As a result of various environmental influences, changes in patient behavior in seeking medical help have been identified and have received great attention from the public and the industry. Obviously, the implication of the changes would be profound to the pharmaceutical industry. This paper describes these changes as well as analyzes influential factors behind the behavior.
