Abstract:
In today?s era of rapid technological change, two words effortlessly capture the force that is shaping tomorrow: artificial intelligence (AI). While nearly every industry is beginning to adopt AI, optimal applications for new product development are particularly distinct. Humans buy products because they are human. Humans have needs, insecurities and motivations, and often make choices driven by emotion. If we humanise AI, it can be harnessed to enhance the innovation journey with more powerful results.
