Abstract:

As social communication has evolved, so has the way we connect with consumers for research. Our real-time Live Lens methodology uses familiar feedback mechanisms and allows consumers to express real-time reactions to live content using emoji's memes, videos, and traditional IM messages, and gives stakeholders real-time agile feedback to inform their social media and marketing strategies as quickly.
