Artificial intelligence! As a unique combination of science and cutting-edge technology, AI is revolutionising the practice of product testing and/or optimisation in the foods and beverages category. The AI produces results via machine-learning and continuous training off millions of sensory interactions from across the world, taking the researcher onward and beyond traditional testing.
