Abstract:

This presentation is of huge importance to the audience: -It is a pro-active tool, uncompromised research design -It is a subject of high societal impact (charity) -Unique: a narrative database for a domain, that can be used by singular brands within that domain -A new way of connecting: research as a team operation, requiring the co-operation of management team, staff, employees, clients, researcher and consultant -Research and action are highly connected. At the end of the project an agenda of actions is created by the client, supported by the management team -It is a new way of consumer connection, both very practical (a limited amount of time for the client) and fundamental (the client is forced to look open minded, unbiased)
