With an e-commerce-first approach to business in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, both retailers, manufacturers, and delivery businesses along the value chain, everyone is feeling the changes. Having deep knowledge about regional differences, category insight and research technology is essential ? but how can we use these learnings to optimize performance across platforms?
