Attitudes towards leisure and the use of products in the area of hobbies and crafts

The aim of Black and Decker is to put together a range of products whereby people can use their creative skills, for use at home, for their own amusement, in pursuance of an individual or collective interest. Hence research was required to define the needs which successful hobby or craft products should satisfy and identify the sorts of criteria that ought to apply.
