Abstract:
A new coconut caramel Bar has been developed consisting of coconut paste containing cherry pieces with a layer of caramel on top - all covered with milk chocolate. The general objectives of this research were:
1. To evaluate consumer response to the product in relation to its sale potential;
2. To examine concept positions for the product in order to aid in the development of advertising.
