Abstract:
It is understood that considerable cost savings on Coffee Compliment could be made by using foil-lined cardboard carton packs in place of the current glass jars. The objectives of this research were:
1. To examine general consumer attitudes towards various packaging forms for food product;
2. To look at specific attitudes to the packaging of coffee creamers;
3. To examine respo!lses to various stimuli for packaging of Coffee Compliment;
4. To identify what size and variety of packs are desirable, as replacements, refills, dispenser;
5. To obtain price expectations for cardboard and
glass packs, and reactions to the specific
price reductions.
