Abstract:
Some companies seem, somehow, to have developed a flair for creating those products we all want to buy. How can they consistently hit the market so well ? If we analyze their success, it is disappointingly simple. There is no magic formula! They simply make a lot more effort than their competitors in finding out what customers want, and then making sure that the products they create continue to meet customersâ requirements effectively. But why arenât majority of companies implementing these simple principles ? Essentially because they do not know how to handle some of the classic complications and challenges of a market-orientated product creation process.
