Creative qualitative research into female depilation and electric razors

Abstract:

The present research was designed to assist in understanding of these features of the UK market and, against this background, to evaluate new electric razor designs and put forward suggestions for the optimum razor and case. Comparable qualitative research is being done in West Germany and the results will be compared. Concurrent with this research, hall tests were made by Mass Observation to obtain some quantitative measures of the relative appeal of different razors and cases.
