Abstract:
The main objectives were to evaluate the overall effect of the packs in terms of their fit with Dairy Box imagery and how far they communicated quality, style, and sophistication. Following the first piece of research to cover these points, a second study was undertaken to elaborate and follow up particular areas that had emerged using the same packs as stimuli. This report presents the results of both pieces of research.
