Data collection approaches for old and new research techniques
Abstract:
In recent years a number of new data collection approaches have emerged. These include quite new questioning formats as well as modifications to established data collection practices. These developments have occurred because: 1. Research thinking in some areas has changed with the result that better ways of collecting data have come about; 2. New research techniques have been established that require their own particular data collection devices.
