Effective communication through market research

Along with the process of change that has recently occurred to the pharmaceutical industry, in some cases, traditional communication ways have not been as effective as in the past. This occurs due to an increase in costs and, also, because of the reduced impact that has been obtained. Thus, new message transmission options are necessary, so that our target is achieved. With this work, we noted that research can not only be used as an instrument to address the company’s marketing (strategies and tactics), but in some cases, the research itself can be used as an innovative, effective, and low cost communication tool.
