Abstract:
The present research aims to identify significant eye-problems and assess discontent with the present eye products purchasable without prescription in order to provide a steer for new product development. The current report focuses on a qualitative hall-test analysis of the earlier qualitative research. A Problem Tracking Method was used in order to identify the seriousness and frequency of problems encountered and the chief weaknesses in available products.
