Abstract:
I have started this study about the past of Fragrances Names with the idea that what I was going to learn would help me in the whole process of brandnames creation. The importance of the Name lies in the fact that it is, among all the elements of the Mix, the one which express the Concept in the most evident way. Fragrances Names can be explained through the History of at least 3 different scopes: - Products and Markets History - Communication History - Culture History About French Perfumes and their Names, I have distinguished 7 periods.
