Abstract:

In view of the enormous mass of data coming from a TV meter measurement study, the user has to find an answer to the way of working more efficiently in the shortest possible time. The rapid development of informatics technics has revolutionised the information world. Today the TV-meter measurements cannot ignore this fact. Today there is a clear tendency to work on PC systems with the help of specialised programmes that allow the information required to be stocked in a compact way, and to take it out in the minimum time. An example of these programmes is what we expose herewith.
