Abstract:
The paper presents a model of interactive evaluation of the work environment using the Internet. The model offers a number of possibilities. For example individuals in the target group which in this particular case are Swedish engineers will be able to conduct interactive comparisons concerning opinions of their work environment with that of other engineers as a whole as well as compared to certain lines of business ages types of engineers etc. Companies will be able to conduct interactive comparisons concerning their engineers opinions of the work environment with other companies based on certain lines of business number of employees regions etc. and will also challenge for the award The Good Company which increases their competitive edge a key issue for the companies when trying to attract competent staff.
