Abstract:
Intercept surveys have long provided in-situ user feedback. Take a deep dive into how Roku developed an on-screen survey vehicle for the TV screen, and what comes next. We worked with third parties to build a set of APIs that function as a survey on the TV screen. Early findings show we can reach different consumers in the act than via recontact surveys. We will share a few case studies showing how this impacts the business and outcomes, and some ideas for continuous development.
