Mobile devices and consumer marketing

Abstract:

Mobile internet access is exploding, both in numbers of users and uses, as well as in the range of devices and technologies. This brings a unique set of new opportunities and challenges to consumer-focussed digital marketing, forcing us away from familiar PC-centric ways of thinking. This presentation provides a general introduction to issues faced when working with online content and services for mobile devices. It provides practical knowledge and ideas, as well as examples of leading edge mobile marketing campaigns drawn from Europe, the United States and Asia.
