Abstract:

This paper presents a theoretical and methodological approach to the task of modelling tourist choice behaviour. The problem area dealt with is the one in which managers of tourism organizations, industries or businesses try to understand, to explain, and to predict what tourists do when deciding on a vacation or travel destination.
