Abstract:
A total re-appraisal is being made by British Airways of the relationship between cabin crew training courses and the day-to-day work needs of cabin staff. This research was part of the first stage of this reappraisal and was designed to determine passenger attitudes towards and requirements for in-flight cabin service.
