Abstract:
Rowntree Mackintosh are considering producing a Dairy Box egg in the Mackintosh style i.e. a sealed egg with bagged, foil wrapped chocolates inside. The objectives of the research reported here were to examine responses to the change of style and more specifically to examine:
1. Consumer feelings about sealed versus unsealed eggs;
2. Comparative reactions between chocolates in an unwrapped tray or foiled and bagged.
