Abstract:
The specific objectives of the research were:
1. To assess the impact of strained clear honey amongst regular users of clear honey;
2. To discover whether the new process will change the respondent's attitudes towards and usage/purchasing patterns of Gales Clear Honey;
3. To examine respondent's attitudes to and beliefs about honey as a product;
4. To compare the patterns of behaviour and attitudes of Gales and Own Label users vis-a-vis honey usage.
