Qualitative research into high fibre bread

Abstract:

Nimble bread, in common with other specialist slimming foods, has suffered a considerable loss of both sales and share in recent years. A new positioning as "healthy" rather than solely a slimming bread is currently under development and the launch of Nimble Farmstead, a new variety made with wholemeal flour which will play an important part in this re-positioning process, has so far shown every sign of success.
