Abstract:
General Foods are interested in new product development in the area of hot desserts. The research here is intended to provide guidance by:
1. Defining the role of hot desserts within the desserts repertoire;
2. Defining attitudes towards hot desserts;
3. Guaging reactions towards product concepts selected to represent distinct sectors within the overall hot dessert area.
