Qualitative research into lighter users' attitudes

Abstract:

It is Bryant and May's objective to increase their share of the lights market, on the domestic side with the Cook's Matches, and on the smoking side with standard brands and Swan Vestas. In the smoking sector, it is planned to seek growth at the expense of both lighters and other match brands. The primary objective of the current research program was to discover more about lighter users' attitudes towards lighters and matches.
