Abstract:
Dornay Foods Limited has developed the technology of SVP manufacture to the point where they now have a pilot plant capable of producing a product which approximates to carcass meat in appearance, texture and chewing properties. This product is code-named Promega. Accordingly, consumer qualitative research was required in order to identify market opportunities for Promega within the total meat spectrum.
