Qualitative research into Scripto Pens

Abstract:

Scripta Pens are in the process of developing a range of writing implements which will require substantiation and promotion by means of an advertising campaign. In order to guide the development of the range and of the creative advertising material, information was required concerning current consumer attitudes and imagery in relation to pens in general, and more specifically to Scripta, both as a Company and in terms of its products.
