Abstract:
In broad terms, the objectives of this research were to establish why more tea bag buyers, especially those purchasing PG Tips and Tetley, do not buy Typhoo tea bags more regularly; and in more pragmatic terms, to indicate what types of steps may encourage more frequent use.
