Abstract:
Wrights Coal Tar Shampoo and a range of Wrights Shampoos were relaunched some 18 months ago. The shampoos are estimated to hold around 1% of the market, most of this share being accounted for by the Coal Tar Shampoo. It was decided to conduct some research to discover how these shampoos are perceived by both users and non-users and whether there is a case for repositioning the Wrights Shampoos in a specific product area.
