Rowntree Mackintosh wishes to introduce a cheap, good value chocolate biscuit countline distributed through grocery outlets predominantly in multipacks of 5. To investigate the criteria for choice/purchase of chocolate biscuits and to obtain detailed reactions to the two packaging concepts.
