Abstract:
Two new commercials have been developed for Quality Street, based on the idea that people in the past have shared so much in Quality Street and that Quality Street is just as, or more, satisfying nowadays for sharing, for anybody and for any time. The general objectives of this research were to evaluate consumer reactions to these commercials.
