Abstract:
Earlier research had indicated that the idea of a liquid laundry detergent produced a high level of interest and curiosity to try. Accordingly, it was decided to undertake a full and systematic tests of Carica in people's homes. During May/June, a sample of 463 housewives tested out Carica in their homes for two weeks. The product was placed with them in labelled 'square' packs, and accompanied by a manufacturer's letter. Housewives were encouraged to experiment with the product for all the wash.
