Abstract:
This presentation examines the challenges involved in making excessive amounts of often disparate information relevant and practical to senior management. It illustrates a process for bringing together the worlds of qualitative, quantitative and secondary information sources into a single model with a set of tools that have true meaning and actionability within a business. A case study example illustrates the power of this process and the types of outputs that can provide a much required simplicity, focus and common language for clients in their planning functions.
