Abstract:

This report does not pretend to deal fully with the vast subject implied by the title. Africa is an immense and varied continent and psychological and sociological research are at widely differing levels in the different parts. I cannot claim a thorough knowledge of experiments elsewhere than in Morocco, where, for the past' ten years, I have had the honour to be President of the Moroccan Institute of Applied Psychology and Sociology. This report will therefore, in fact, deal with research in Morocco.
