Abstract:
Brooke Bond has been operating picture cards in their Tea since 1954, and it la hypothesized that these cards could have an important if the subtle effect on loyalties to the brand. Research is required to teat out the hypothesis and generally to explore attitudes to collection schemas with a possible view to aiding Typhoo'a development of them.
