Abstract:

This research was commissioned in order to provide some indications of the attitudes and directions of customers within the DIY market and also to provide some creative input in the form of ideas generated by those persons interviewed. In addition, the research conducted was designed as part of a comprehensive investigation of the UK DIY market undertaken by Evade (Export) Ltd. which included desk research and interviewing of trade personnel.
