Abstract:
This report gives a short description of a two-step survey executed in July 1981 and January 1982 with two target groups - firms and population. Two statement-batteries - nearly the same for the two target- groups - one for the attitude to the general situation and one for the effectiveness of activities are the base for this report. As the general results of the ratings are mostly miss-leading and not fitting for special analysis a typology by factor analysis and cluster analysis was developed. This typology-procedure leads to each 4 types with shares of approximatively 20 - 30 % of the universe that differ with respect to the two target groups. These types are explained and interpreted by their ratings of the basic statements for attitudes and expectation of effectiveness.
