Abstract:

Gallaher is considering developing a Supra 'C' tipped cigarette as a possible replacement for Sobranie Virginia. Several concepts and packaging routes are under consideration. The objectives of this research were:

1. To explore levels of interest in a new brand;

2. To assess responses to the possible Sobranie International packs, covering specific symbolism, color, and descriptions;

3. To assess responses to the concept of visualizations as ideas, probing comprehension, expectations, specific language, identifications, etc.
