Abstract:
This paper examines how television viewers feel about making viewing selections today, compared to a few years ago. It examines some of the reasons they feel that they find the selection process more difficult (or easier) than it used to be. The paper also takes a look at how viewers make those selections, whether by channel-surfing or by gravitating to favorite channels.
