Abstract:
Today one can choose between several different software packages for management of web access panels. These software packages can be exellent tools, but building and maintaining a good panel is still a matter for craftsmanship. The quality of results is gained by good management of panelists, and by earning their respect. This paper will consider some specific elements that go into good panel recruitment and maintenance, based on nearly six years experience of running the MMI webpanel in Norway.
