Abstract:

More than ever, demonstrating impact is the name of the game for professional marketing services agencies. Together with Danone Benelux, we took on the challenge to crack the code of how we can trigger meaningful actions across the organisation, to turn insights into concrete ideas, stronger brands and future-proof business concepts, to deliver better consumer experiences. We developed a mobile collaboration platform, the 'Danone Activation Studio', helping Danone to one, identify their consumer insight ambassadors across the different teams, two, share insights with more people in a faster way, three, make insights better through collaboration and four, ultimately increase the ROI of insights.
