Abstract:
When executing research projects online, through panels and communities, it is often difficult reaching and engaging with younger audiences. This can impact the timings and finances of a project, so a need for optimising the research technique was identified. We tapped into young adults affinity with new technology and integrated Phebi's artificial intelligence (AI) voice technology in the survey to increase engagement with younger audiences, and connect with them on a deeper level. To test this method, we executed a research focused on a very relevant topic to all of us the Covid-19 pandemic uncovering not only how young adults feel about Covid-19 vaccinations and travelling during the pandemic, but also tested better ways of engaging with younger audiences via new technology.
