Changing consumer perceptions and expectations

Abstract:

Who is our media user? The VRT study department's triangular study conceived together with Synovate/Censydiam outlines a very detailed image of the media user in a multimedia context. What are the media needs of the Fleming, how are these evolving throughout the day and which medium is the most successful in meeting those needs? The results are a road-map to guide the Flemish public broadcaster, the VRT, as a multimedia company through the uncertain times of the new multimedia world.
