Abstract:

The presentation describes the key challenges of moving offshore. The various issues that market research companies are evaluating in reference to outsourcing are examined. The focus is from a quality perspective and concerns what standards various companies need to follow in an offshore location. Two case studies illustrate the future leveraging of moving offshore.
