Abstract:
Unilever Research Laboratories have developed a new desert intended to appeal to children which are currently known as 'Puff Desserts'. This piece of research looks at children's reactions to the new product. The specific research objectives were:
1. To assess children's reactions to the concept of a 'Puff Dessert;
2. To explore their reactions to the visual effect of the dessert rising;
3. To assess responses to the texture, flavour, colour and general eating experience of three different variants;
4. To compare the product with others presently on the market.
