Abstract:
The Terry's Bridge Mint style pack developed for Long Matchmakers was highly successful in the previous research, but its high production costs have obviated its usage. A new 'slide and shell' pack has been developed - dimensions similar to those of the Bridge Mint type carton. The research was thus undertaken to evaluate consumer's responses to the slide and shell pack format and the 2 new surface designs: 'Trellis' and a representation of an ' M' by Matchmakers.
