Abstract:
Marketing is considering a number of changes to the sweets, wrappers and to the pack of Quality Street. This research was undertaken to evaluate these proposed changes:
1. In relation to consumer recognition of the changes;
2. In the context of conscious acceptance of the changes;
3. Revised perception of Quality Street.
